Research and writing assistant while I study for the bar.
Legal Co-op Experience
Research in house memoranda matters for the public defenders on various evidentiary motions, assist in the preparations for motions to suppress. Participate in arraignments and bail hearings in the Boston Municipal Court and Dorchester District court, as well as bail appeals before the Superior Court.
Research and write memoranda for the Assistant Federal Defenders on various pre-trial, trial and post-trial matters, as well as assisting in the writing of memoranda and briefs for the court.
Assist in the research and writing of memoranda and briefs to the court on various pre-trial and trial matters. Second chaired three trials in Suffolk Superior Court, Dorchester District Court, and the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.
Provided legal research and assisted in the drafting of opinions on various legal issues.
